The Cheetah, the fastest animal alive, use Scrum framework in order to manage the tasks on creating this fascinating website. Scrum is the prominent Agile framework on completing complex projects, such as this one. It was initially used for software development projects but along the way it is used to tackle any other complex projects.

 
The Scrum Team consists of a Product Owner the Development Team, and a Scrum Master. Scrum Teams are self-organizing and cross-functional. Self-organizing teams choose how best to accomplish their work, rather than being directed by others outside the team. Cross-functional teams have all competencies needed to accomplish the work without depending on others not part of the team. The team model in Scrum is designed to optimize flexibility, creativity, and productivity. Scrum have five values such as Courage, Focus, Commitment, Respect, and Openness.

We use Scrum on our project by splitting into several achievable tasks for each sprint. Before we do that, we plan our next step on Sprint Planning session. Scrum Board is used to distinguished the progress of each tasks along the way. We can track our progress for each sprint by doing this step. After each sprint, we learn the good and bad things from our previous activities to enhanced our future works. By doing so, we develop this beautiful yet informative website in the short amount of time with a good management of resource and time.
